'The pictures did not match the room. I was expecting an office chair and an arm chair in the room. There was no arm chair. The office chair was half-broken and leaned to one side. There was hair in the bathroom upon arrival. I'm glad we were only staying one night.'

'Bathroom door gets stuck and lock doesn't work. Didn't ask for repair or help because of what I read on reviews. Breakfast not great either. Orange juice are home made and I'm 100% sure it is a Tang that transferred into tropicana bottle to make it look that way! What gives is that it was over filled and the bottle is old, "re-used".'
