  • Walk in the front door to a nicely appointed and decorated large living room, dining room and a huge kitchen. Large screen TV with DVD player. Sliding glass doors open to a large screened in patio.

    Laundry room with sink, folding area, washer and dryer with large closets. No need worrying about clothes lasting the whole stay.

    Master bedroom - king size bed, walk in closet, with an en-suite featuring a large walk in shower. 55 inch TV with cable. Door leading from the bedroom to the screened in patio.

We had a fantastic experience at this beautiful home! The decor created such a warm and inviting atmosphere. We were especially appreciative of the thoughtful touches, like plenty of towels, essential amenities, and coffee provided, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Beautiful house with everything furnished that you could think of or need. Owner and her daughter took very good care of us. Everything was very clean and organized. This is our second stay at this property and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

This the second time we’ve used this host. Both in different homes. There are not words enough to give them the best praise. You definitely feel like friends from the moment you meet Mary Lynn. Everything in the house was perfect, decorated for Christmas with great care and appeal. The home was meticulously clean and we even had fresh hot cookies delivered the first night! If you are in looking in this area, this is a must. We’ve already booked for next Thanksgiving. Definetly a gem

This will be our go to home!

Check in was seamless, Host was quite gracious! Rooms are spacious and comfy. Very clean! They thought of anything you might need, from beach towels, extra pillows, comfy throws for lounging on the couch and EVERYTHING you would need in the kitchen to cook your meals. Nice dining area. Private, Quiet neighborhood, yet close to convenience stores,supermarkets and Marinas. Will definitely be returning! It was a most enjoyable place to stay!

Friends weekend

When we go back to Homosassa, we will definitely try and stay here, Joy and Mary Lynn were very very nice. The house is beautiful. Definitely ~ stay here if your in the area.
