'I stayed here for 2 nights. High expectations due to rating of 9,8 and price of 750Euro for 2 nights In that respect, It was a disappointment. It’s a nice hotel, central, okish. Staff very helpful and friendly….but few When I arrived , I thought it was a mistake. Its among many hostels, and outside/entrance reminded me of a boutique small hotel/hostel.. I stayed in Lyall Melbourne. That was a true 5 star boutique hotel in a very nice area. Ok, prices differ between Sydney and Melbourne, but...

'Good air conditioning, well located for where I wanted to be (easy access to both city, but also Bondi Junction and beaches inc. Centennial Park). Comfy room. Downsides - some of the bits in the room felt a bit dated (fraying carpet, faded signage, old phone) and there was no remote control when I arrived for the TV - though this was promptly brought up when I requested it. Also I called 3 x without answer on Fri AM to request an iron so never got that.'

'Het was een genot om hier te verblijven! kamer super mooi, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien, personeel super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Mijn vrienden( met kind) en Ik hadden graag langer willen blijven maar dat ging helaas niet. Ik raad het iedereen aan om te verblijven in Medusa! groetjes, Karima'

'Fijn hotel in Woolloomoloo. Was hier in 2018 voor het eerst en had toen een hele mooie ervaring. Dat was het nu ook. Echter de tijden zijn veranderd. Nog steeds een zeer aan te bevelen hotel. Ietwat aan de prijzige kant, maar daar krijg je ook een mooie ervaring voor terug. Gelegen vlakbij de Botanische tuin, Potts Point en National Art Gallery in een rustige buurt van Sydney.'

'Room cleanliness was sub-par for a hotel of this calibre. I’ve had numerous black hair in the shower and several areas had a serious dust accumulation. '

'Kamer rook muf. Ontbijtzaal was dicht: nu hoekje in de lobby…..positief is locatie. Personeel veelal behulpzaam maar niet echt geëngageerd. '

'Conveniently located near/in the central business district, this hotel in in walking distance bus stops, metro train, grocery stores and restaurants (though many may be closed in the evening). The staff was friendly and professional, and the apartment was lovely!! Full kitchen that’s well stocked with various cooking supplies (dishes, pots/oans, knives, Nespresso maker, electric kettle for boiling water quickly, full sized refrigerator and stove), laundry room with washer/dryer, washing powder...

'Everything was good except for q elevator wad out of service for the first 2 days. Ate dinnner st the hotel q night chicken Ceasar was great Thr breakfast buffet was not good. Only allowed a 1 egg omelet and the rest of the hot buffet was greasy cold food. Had no food all day nearly passed out, as it was a travel day. The room was nice the front desk people were very good.'
