« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« We had a wonderful time at the the Ozarker. It has been a renovated older Motel. They did a nice job. Room was small but clean and had touches of memorabilia, fridge and a quiet area out back with fire pits and a beautiful little creek. Staff was very friendly and we had a great time visiting in the lounge area. Breakfast was continental with a quiet dining area. »

« The pillows were too thick and hard and they had no softer ones. The breakfast had no fresh fruit. There was no bucket in the room for ice. The beds were good. The fridge did not have a freezer section to refreeze our portable ice. The counter around the sink was too small. Had to ask maids for clean towels. Elevator was fairly quick. »

« The room was in very poor shape. Looked like it was barely cleaned. The shower had not been cleaned at all. There was dirty on shampoo and soap dispensers. Looked like black mold growing above the shower head. The weather stripping for the door was broke and hanging down. The room smelt like it had been smoked in. The comforter had some stains on it. I normally spend more money on a room but I went cheap this time and paid for it. Spend another $30 or $40 a night and go else where. »

« Girls at front desk were super nice. The hotel offers a "Dessert Hour" from 9:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. which i never heard of before. It is definitely worth going to it tho with all the different fresh baked cobblers, fresh cookies and soft serve ice cream. I will be back for sure just for the cobblers. »

« The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was super friendly and very quick when it came to us needing anything at all. They made fresh hot breakfast in the morning and it was delicious, you can even order customized coffee which we did not take advantage of but nice to know we could. Literally the only thing that we did not like was that there was maintenance work happening past midnight on our second night there and the hammering sounds made it a bit hard to fall/stay...

« The staff is the real plus for these folks. They seem to really want you to have a great stay. The breakfast starts the day. The cobbler and ice cream finishes the day off. Great location. When it’s not about all the amenities that you may not care to use or pay for. This is the clean affordable room at an affordable price. »

« We have stayed here many times over the years. It is comfortable and a step above the typical motel/hotel. This time we were on the bottom floor and I feared we'd be bothered by the street/highway noise but we slept well. Quick check-in. Nice breakfast as usual with real plates and silverware, not Styrofoam. The location is great--right by the Tanger mall. We'll be back, I hope. »
