« No access to the water from the dock because the ladder is covered in barnacles that I got cut up on, there is a warning about barnacles however it doesnt say where they are. So we couldnt use the bay water because we hanmd no way to climb out of the water. The top floor of the deck was extremely rickety and had dry rot. The king size suite had a lot of termites in it.
