THE SPACE
Our modern, comfortable condo features an open floor plan including living/dining/kitchen areas with hardwood floors and a balcony with majestic mountain views. Sip a cup of coffee or a glass of wine on the balcony, or make a home-cooked meal in the well-equipped kitchen featuring stainless appliances and quartz countertops. Kitchen cookware, dinnerware, and flatware are all brand new, and we supply a starter supply of coffee, tea and cocoa. Enjoy free built-in streaming on the large Samsung Smart TV or access your favorite streaming apps…or play some games!

Start your day “Sunny Side Up” with mountain views in the two bedrooms, each furnished with a memory foam queen sized bed and an open closet, totaling sleeping arrangements for 4 people. The full bathroom features a luxurious oversized shower head, bath towels, shower supplies, and plenty of room to dry your hair, hang towels/toiletry bags, and more. We also provide separate towels for the hot tub!

“Sunny Side Up” is conveniently located on the ground level, making star gazing from the hot tub, grilling and dining on the outdoor patio, or catching the free shuttle to town super easy! You will be picked up at the Chateaux stop conveniently located directly down the stairs. Easily walk over to the base area of Mt. Crested Butte in 5-10 minutes.

GUEST ACCESS
Timbers building and rental unit are accessed with separate door/keypad codes that are provided to guests prior to check-in.

The bike storage and ski locker areas are accessed with a door code. The ski locker has a key that is provided inside the rental unit and must be returned to rental unit upon check-out.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Our goal is to keep you comfortable and at ease for your visit. The condo includes a stackable washer/dryer and laundry detergent. Additional cleaning supplies may be found in the condo for your convenience during your stay.

Although the building is pet-friendly, our condo is not! No dog(s) or pet(s) are welcome in our home.

Our condo is located on the ground floor. There is an elevator available for your convenience.

The unit is not child-proof.

Please understand there is no air conditioning in this building. Air conditioning is very uncommon in Colorado’s mountain towns.

Parking Information: Parking at the Timbers is included and available for (1) one vehicle only. If the parking pass is missing from the unit, please let us know. There is no assigned parking. No trailers or RVs are allowed per HOA ordinance. Additional parking is available in the town of CB or in the base area at The Lodge at Mountaineer Square for covered garage parking.

Building Amenities: Bike Storage, ski locker room, bike/ski tune station, hot tub, outdoor grill area with patio tables, and the on-site (free!) Town Shuttle stop to the base area and town.

The hot tub is maintained by the HOA and shared with the building, therefore, it may be closed at times for cleaning. As hosts, we have no control over the timing of cleaning and/or maintenance. Hot tub hours are 10:00am to 10:00pm.

No ski gear or bikes in the unit. Please use the bike storage area and/or ski locker room to stow your gear!

Please respect common areas by not throwing large amounts of trash in hallway bins, ensuring doors are fully closed, and not walking muddy boots onto hallway carpet.
