This beautifully decorated 2BR/2BA 1st floor residence has breathtaking views

of Mt. Crested Butte as well as the southern mountain range from nearly every

room. Elegant furnishings in the living room and dining room with seating for

6 surround a cozy wood burning fireplace which serves as the focal point.

Granite countertops add a touch of elegance to the kitchen and plush bedding

beautifies both bedrooms. You can watch the kids play tennis on the private

courts from the comfort of your own private balcony accessed by sliding doors

in both the living room and master bedroom and listen to Wood Creek gurgle

below. Sleeps 8 with a King in the master bedroom, 1 queen/bunk beds in the

guest room, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Indoor atrium entry

access.



Groups and families love the Plaza for its convenient location just 100 yards

from the ski area's main lift, the Silver Queen. In one short walk, guests can

hit the slopes or take in the action at the base area of Crested Butte

Mountain Resort. Kids love the Adventure Center (mini-golf or rock climbing,

anyone?), and parents love the shops and base area restaurants (hello, happy

hour!). The Plaza is also unique for its condominium setting with hotel style

services. Spacious two- and three- bedroom suites include everything you need

to be independent, while a restaurant and bar, covered parking and two hot

tubs provide all the benefits of a hotel.

to intermediate and beginner skiers and a centrally located base area; it is a

great place for families and groups with all ability levels. For the more

adventurous skiers and snowboarders Crested Butte is a dream with some of the

best lift-served extreme terrain in the nation. Home to first winter X games,

the longest extreme skiing competition in the world, quirky costume events,

and our friendly vibe, Crested Butte is a place you want to add to your skiing

and snowboarding bucket list. If you aren’t a big skier or snowboarder, there

are still a plethora of activities for you to enjoy as well- surrounded by 1.7

million acres of national forest, you can snowshoe, fat bike, and cross

country ski, right out your door in any direction.
