'The complimentary breakfast was much better than most hotels of this kind. The staff was also nice. Only objection was Expedia’s use of a waterfront scene in a park across the highway in the promotional photos. It was not on the property and was misleading suggesting that the hotel was on water.'

'Checked in and back out 5 minutes later. The room smelled musty and moldy, everything in the room was damp. It looks like they put a quick coat of paint on the walls to hide everything that was wrong. Extremely disappointed. No refund either then I was asked if i did anything to the room or could it be re rented… shameful'

'This stay we did not have the breakfast for the two days, we slept in. Room was clean but smelt musty. Mattress was soft. Staff was great! We stay here cause it's the closest hotel to our son's place and unfortunately he does not have room to put us up. Both stays we never went to the pool. Hotel is very conveniently located.'

'Extremely unsatisfied as I left belongings in room after checkout, called that night and told them where I left my belongings and I got the impression that they could care less. I called again the next morning , no one was in that room and someone-I assumed was front desk said they went up to the room and didn’t find anything-my items were presents😡☹️'

'I have a Tahoe; the parking is tight as there are many concrete columns in the parking area The electronic key failed to work twice, and I had to go back to the front desk each time for a new key'

'Rooms are dated. TV system terrible. Small screens, outdated guide, and poor picture. Rooms cleaned every 7 days not every day. Check in up a stairs. Extra charges for a lot. Resort charge of $15 per person per day, gets access to the pool.'
