« The house was beautiful, the view of the river was lovely, and our 3 boys loved the backyard and exploring the water access area. It was very centrally located to Portland and an easy drive to get everywhere. We also appreciated Nick's emailed list of suggested restaurants and activities and used some of his suggestions which was great as we had never been to the area before. We would definitely stay again! »

It was the perfect respite for our stay before our puffin tour the next day and close to town for a concert on the common and restaurants. Note : to access one of the bedrooms you need to go through the bathroom, but it worked out fine. Dmitri was super communicative and was kind enough to let us know we left a pair of shoes there after we departed. « We had a great stay at Heron’s Perch! This house has lots of space for hanging out and sleeping. The beds are comfortable and clean. Plenty of towels provided and a well stocked kitchen. Our absolute favorite was the wonderful, private front porch. This house is within walking distance to everything down front on the island. If you’re looking for space and being close to the ferry, stores and beaches I would highly recommend. »

« We had great stay at this property in late August. The house is very well appointed, very clean and well stocked. The location is great - close to all attractions (and convenient to exploring nearby areas) but felt very private. Zac was a great host and super easy to communicate with. « This home was a gem nothing short of amazing the 360 views from any room were top notch.My only complaint is that the floors were very sandy/sticky/dirty, we swept and mopped shortly upon our arrival but this would not deter me from renting again and again. So comfortable & gorgeous. Do not even think about it BOOK IT ASAP. 10/10 would return. »

"Bel hÎtel. Propre. Nous avons pu emmener notre chien c'était un vrai plus. Il y avais un petit espace pour les besoins des chiens à l'arriÚre. Le petit déjeuner est correct et c'est appréciable de l'avoir. Des pancakes, omelettes, pain à tartiner et autre. Sympa de pouvoir jouer au billard gratuitement. Il y a des restaurants aux alentours et nous avons pu y aller à pied (five guys, chipotle...)"
