'Stayed one night on the way home to Ontario from Florida. Booked the hotel through Expedia with ALL taxes and fees included. After checking out I received an unexpected email from Springhill Suites for an additional $7 US !? Called the hotel and they add $4 facility fee for parking and a $3 emergency services fee. I think Expedia should do their due diligence and be aware of the extra charges.'

'The memory foam bed was very comfortable and the room was cozy and warm when I arrived. I appreciated the heat being on when I arrived, since some hotel rooms I have walked into do not have the heat on to conserve energy, so you walk into a cold room.'

'Staff was super friendly and helpful, from the moment I got there, they actually came out onto the cobblestone street to help me find a place to park (they also run a nice Italian restaurant, so the street was full for my Friday night arrival). I stayed in the main building, which had an old-fashioned b&b style to it. All wood flooring, lots of windows, full sized bathroom, fancy king bed. I was there in winter, and that meant my room was a bit drafty upon entering it, but they had enough...
