The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, this charming 46 m² apartment in Courseulles-sur-Mer, less than 100 m from the beach, can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it comprises a 24 m² living room, an equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. Wi-Fi included.

The apartment is composed as follows
- 24 m² living room with sofa bed (sleeps 2), TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower and WC

The apartment is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Activities :
During your stay, you'll have the opportunity to enjoy a wide range of activities: walks or bike rides along the coast, to the marina or the pretty Edit park, sailing school, market, fishing, museum, cinema, swimming pool, Casino, bowling, mini golf, skate-park...
Visit the Juno Beach Museum between the sea and the apartment, within walking distance. Discovery of D-Day beaches and museums.
Bicycle rental.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private garage on the ground floor of the building. Depending on the season, outdoor parking spaces are available close to the building.

As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train stations: Caen station 25.5 km away (35 minutes by car) and Bretteville - Norrey (26 minutes by car).
- Nearest airport: Caen - Carpiquet airport 27.2 km (33 minutes by car).
- Bus: Nearest bus stop "Chant des oiseaux" 5-10 min walk.

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
