Property manager was attentive , but the place was not as described at all. Not private, In the middle of a bunch of houses. People and noise everywhere.Room Appeared clean, but very strong cleanser smell on bedding and sheets. There were hobos staying next door, kinda weird. I was the only one staying there. Not interested in returning.

The town was beautiful, the room was cute and exactly as described, and our property manager was very helpful. Everything went perfectly. The room was minutes away from most of the things we wanted to do in town which was great. Overall, it was such a wonderful experience!

Excellent base location to spend 3 nights and see the highlights in Potter County - Kinzua Bridge SP, Austin Dam Memorial, Lumber Museum, Cherry Springs SP, PA Grand Canyon, Elliot Ness Museum. Super communication with Jenn - locked ourselves out the first night and she answered our call and let us in immediately. Good value for a rustic cabin. It was cozy and clean and had everything we needed. Comfortable bed and cute bedding too.

We decided to stay here for a night to go to Cherry Springs State Park to view the stars. Can’t say I was disappointed at all. The place has a great presentation, very clean, well cared for, and overall gives a very welcoming aura. Highly recommended if anyone needs a place to stay!

Listing was accurate! Just enough space for 2 adults, very central to everything we wanted to hit during our weekend trip (cherry springs state park, pa grand canyon, town, black forest trading post, ice mine). Stayed cool during our August getaway.

While the room was as clean as it could be in the worn out accomodations, it was disappointing. The room was in desperate need of replaced carpet and upgraded bathroom. . The bathroom was so small you could not stand in front of the sink to look in the mirror because the shower wall protruded out in front of the sink. The sink to didn't seem to be connected to the cabinet. I did notice a few homey decorating touches that were added. Most upsetting was that there was not one waste basket in the entire room. And there was no counter space, nor a table. It was not a value in any way. There was one fire ring being used by a large number of people that likely were not paying guests. I was so disappointed.

It was a convenient place for us to stay, as we wanted to see different sites in the Sweden Valley area. The room was small, an old motel room that was somewhat renovated. We heard conversations next door, along with their shower running at 5:00 AM, baby crying, coughing, sneezing.. The bed was comfortable. Room was dusty under the bed and window sills, carpet had stains. We were passing through, probably will not be back in the area.

Jennifer was a great host, everything was ready for our visit, she told us about the main attractions, gave us tips on where to go and what places to avoid in terms of food and recreation. My wife and I totally would go back to this cabin and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit this town and go up to Cherry Spring State Park and do some star gazing.

My stay was terrific! First of all, the entire region is breathtakingly beautiful! "God's Country" is definitely an accurate name for the place. I stayed for 2 days and that was nowhere near enough time to really even scratch the surface. The place was exactly as described. Quaint little spot probably built many years ago and recently restored. I love places like this! The bed was super comfortable, and everything was clean and well cared for. I forgot shampoo, but luckily Jen had already thought of that and left a little basket with all sorts of shampoo, conditioners, and things for the forgetful guest. There's a K cup coffee maker stocked with a variety of choices, a nice mini fridge, and a small microwave as well. A/C worked well and kept me very comfortable. The bathroom was well stocked with good quality towels, small soaps, and plenty of TP. There is a restaurant / bar next door. Also, there are several other places to eat within a 10-minute drive. Coudersport G.C.is 5 min away. 20 mins drive to Cherry Springs Stargazing (which is unreal BTW). Having worked in the hospitality industry for several years in the past, I can say that Jen is a fantastic host. Super accommodating, she made me feel welcome upon my arrival and made it abundantly clear that she was genuinely committed to ensuring I enjoyed my stay. A great little spot to relax and have a good night's sleep after a busy day enjoying the natural wonders that abound in every direction.

10/10 stay. The host was very responsive every time we needed to be in contact, the property was very clean, and in a nice location to get to everything nearby. Would absolutely stay here again
