'Welcoming to pets with a fenced in yard'

'A great space for families with dogs. The fenced in yard was super convenient. The space had plenty of room and it was very comfortable. Cleanliness was a bit of an issue for our stay, but Brett was super responsive and came out immediately to resolve the issues we discovered. His reponsiveness, friendliness, and desire to make things right really made all the difference for us. It definitely would have been nice to have the listing make clear that the house was attached to an occupied residence...

'This home is truly that, a welcoming escape nestled in the woods. It’s elevated beach-style furnishings feel hand-picked. We traveled with a 14 month old — the house had high-quality baby must haves, pack and play and high chair. We had the pleasure of a responsive host and caretaker. Close to trails, YMCA and the island’s top attractions … !highly recommend!'
