Flats in Cottonwood

'Quiet and comfortable place. Easy access to restaurants and the downtown area.'

'Very cozy place to stay! It’s renovated, it’s very clean and the location is great, lots of restaurants nearby and things to do. I also loved that they had a portable crib, and eve a high chair for my baby! '

'This property exceeded every expectation I had. After staying in several Airbnbs and VRBOs in the Sedona area that were disappointing…whether due to cleanliness, being outdated or simply not matching the listing..this place was a breath of fresh air.Everything was exceptionally clean, thoughtfully maintained and felt genuinely cared for. The space was comfortable, well-equipped and made it easy to relax from the moment I arrived. The kitchen had everything I needed, the air conditioning worked...

'Great time. Great location. Super fun condo!'

'Room was clean and property was in a great location!'

'easy communication, very clean and comfortable. Would stay again!'

'We stayed for one night during a road trip and the condo was great; clean, well stocked, nicely decorated and comfortable. We did not utilize the pool or hot tub but did fully enjoy the coffee bar before heading out. Having a covered parking area is amazing, we just didn’t fit so we parked in the extra spaces. The condo was convenient to shops, gas and hiking areas. We came in in the dark and woke up to beautiful scenery all around. We would absolutely stay here again if we passed back through. '

'Immaculately clean. Manager Anna, highest distinction and 5 stars! Professionally decorated and so many thoughtful touches! Felt like my own home.'
