'Ich weiß nicht , wie ich anfangen soll, weil mir einfach die Worte für den Zustand des Hotels fehlen. Der Sauberkeitsstandart wird nicht nachgegangen. Es sind überall Schimmel-ÜBERALL! Es ist da so dreckig, dass wir sogar Haarstoppeln im Badezimmer hatten. Es war eine absolute Katastrophe. Hotels.com konnte uns da auch nicht weiterhelfen, obwohl wir 5-6 Stunden telefoniert haben. 'This is probably the best place to stay in Tropea. It is good prices, clean and very good rooms, and the owner Francesco is fantastic. He is so helpful, and a really great guy. He saved us at 22 pm one evening without a room and fixed a room for us. The room was clean, with great aircondition and nice bathroom. A little walk to the beach, but that is worth it. Will recommend this to everyone!!'

'We stayed at Kairos Tropea for 3 nights and had a great stay! We walk everywhere, so we found that the location (while not right in town) was fairly easy to walk into town or to the beach, and it was quiet at night. For meals, there were a lot of markets and restaurants nearby and the hotel had an excellent breakfast. The staff were great: Paulo was very responsive and coordinated a spot on a group boat trip, Rosella at the front desk was very helpful, and Kira made amazing cappuccinos at...

'Eigentlich war alles okay. Aber niemand hat uns unterrichtet, dass man das Haus nur zu Fuß erreichen kann. Ein längerer Fußmarsch mit Gepäck in großer Hitze ist sowohl beim ankommen als auch beim abreisen unumgänglich. Für ältere Gäste unzumutbar!! Tropea ist ein bezauberndes Örtchen, dass man allerdings in einem Tag erlebt hat. Längere Aufenthalte sind weniger empfehlenswert.'

'This place felt like an 18th century French palace. Marble and tile everywhere, antique beautiful furniture and light fixtures. Very impressive. Breakfast was great, served in an ornate beautiful dining room. Location in town is perfect. Only downside is walking up 4 flights of stairs.'

'This resort was amazing. The rooms were clean, overlooking the beach, the restaurants and bar were great, with a friendly attentive staff and awesome food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Bring water shoes to go in the water. Amazing sunsets from everywhere on the property. Can't wait to return!'

Be aware that, at least our unit did not have a shower but a large Jacuzzi style bathtub with a hand help shower wand. Didn't get in the way much at all but it was a new experience.
