In summer, the days invite you to take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool overlooking the countryside, relax outdoors and enjoy peaceful afternoons. In winter, the house becomes a cosy retreat, perfect for embracing the tranquillity of the countryside, the green landscape and the comfort of escaping everyday life.

Casa da Perdiz is one of the three country houses at Monte do Areeiro — Perdiz, Coelho and Javali — set within a rural estate where nature is always part of the experience. Wake up to views of the countryside, listen to the birds singing and enjoy the presence of the horses and other animals that live on the estate.

The house features two bedrooms: one with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom, and a second bedroom, also with two single beds and a bathroom in the hallway. The living room provides everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay, including a double sofa bed.

An additional bed can be provided upon request, allowing the house to accommodate up to 7 guests.

One of the highlights of Casa da Perdiz is its panoramic window, which brings the surrounding landscape into the living room and opens directly onto a spacious terrace.

This is where the experience becomes truly special: enjoy breakfast overlooking the countryside, unwind during the afternoon or simply appreciate the peaceful atmosphere of the estate.

As the day draws to a close, the terrace becomes one of the most special spots on the property. Watching the sunset over the cork oak woodlands, with uninterrupted views of the surrounding landscape, is one of the most memorable ways to end the day at Monte do Areeiro.

During the warmer months, the swimming pool, surrounded by beautiful countryside, invites you to make the most of sunny days, enjoy a swim, relax and take in the views.

When the cooler months arrive, the experience takes on a different pace: walks around the estate, peaceful moments surrounded by nature and the comfort of returning to a warm and welcoming country house.
