Activity is nearby and abundant, during your stay check out the Texas Sealife Center, Padre Balli Park, Horses On The Beach, Mustang Island State Park, and the Aurora Arts Theatre.

When you're ready to relax, the spacious living room boasts soft seating, a gas fireplace, and a large TV. The adjacent well-equipped kitchen presents a lovely space to meal prep when you aren't indulging in the area's local fare. Whether it's with takeout or a homemade meal, dine alfresco overlooking the water, or at the formal dining table.

The bedrooms, each as bright and airy as the last, come complete with homey fixtures, plush linens, and cool air - thanks to the home's central air-conditioning. For your complete convenience, be sure to utilize the private washer/dryer when your clothes need a refresher.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
