Ce spacieux condo haut de gamme est vraiment unique en son genre. Les points de vue que vous vous sentiez comme vous êtes sur l'eau. Regarder les gens pêcher de la jetée privée, les dauphins jouent et les navires de croisière en raison de votre canapé. Ce condo offre 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains. La chambre principale a un lit king size et la deuxième chambre une reine. Il y a aussi un lit queen size canapé-lit pour les invités supplémentaires. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous auriez besoin pour cuisiner vos prises de la journée. vue Canal Condominiums est situé dans la ville et à distance de marche de nombreux restaurants et bars Port A a à offrir. Love this property. Been here many times and love this unit. Communication is good with property management. Be sure you don’t forget to hang proof of stay on your car, we forgot and got a big sticker placed on our window, our fault.

Great View

The view was exactly what I wanted. We got to see all the ships, lots of sea turtles, dolphins, etc. The cleanliness was great when we arrived. However, the number of people using the pier at night to fish that were not guests was disappointing. Being able to fish was a big part of our plans during our stay and we got crowded off the pier by people coming in from the road.

Good...but...

The property was fabulous and the workers for the property were awesome. Suggestions for the property: extra blankets, hat and beach towel rack, master shower drain is clogged so we could not even use it, refrigerator leaks water, cable was not hooked up in master, entry rugs to catch sand. Property management: 3:30pm and no text was sent as to when property was ready. Check in was guaranteed for 4pm...did not happen. Very unorganized and other guests not happy with check in process either. We were given wrong gate and door code. Called 5 times and management still would not answer. Had to drive back to location... no apologies from management. The Port A Escapes property management should be paying for guests first night if they can't get their process in order. Manager told me they were busy from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Said she had lived in Port A all her life and didnt know that hundreds of people were coming into town for a particular event that has been scheduled same time for the last 5 years. Extremely poor planning if this is their busy time of year.

Fantastic View

Awesome view of the channel and beyond. CLEAN - Want to know how you clean your windows! Very important to the experience and they were mostly clean on arrival! PROPERTY- Well maintained. Front gate was open all weekend until we left Monday morning. PIER - Great! Attracted a lot of people on Saturday night. We don’t cook but everything was there to do it. Would suggest coasters, hair dryer, coffee filters and some foil/plastic wrap to start the stay. We have been going to Port A for well over 50 years, stayed in the two “resorts” numerous times but this property is our new favorite!

A view with a room

It’s truly only about the view! Several electicity plugs dead, two appliances didn’t work, communication with local rental agency was poor, one bed in first bedroom was terribly squeaky, smoke alarm covered with a towel, labeled light switches turned on no lights as they weren’t even installed, remote for LR ceiling fan/ light found in the faux plant in the corner, white remote for shutters found in a bedroom dresser drawer, refrigerator’s moved several inches when trying to open top door, middle fridge drawer on inside was rusted. But, hey, did I mention the incredible channel view? That’s why you rent the place for top dollar. But might I suggest some salt and pepper in the kitchen? Our eggs in the morning would’ve been tastier.

Fabulous relaxing views, smoke smell.

Location is right on the ship channel. Couldn’t get an closer to the massive oil tankers and boats heading out for a day of offshore fishing! You could spend all day just sitting and watching the dolphins and birds. It is unfortunate the lack of cleanliness. The clean towels in the bathroom were dirty and multiple towels had been folded up without being cleaned. There was sand and stains on them. The toilet had not been cleaned at all and it was such a disappointing and grotesque welcome. The property could really use an overall deep clean. When I called the rental management company they seemed bothered and offered to have someone replace the towels and clean the toilet. I took care of it instead. If you are a non smoker, and highly sensitive to smoke, I would not recommend this unit. Upon entering there was a very heavy smell of cigarette smoke. The rental management company stated it was a non smoking unit and maybe a tenant next door smokes. Just a heads up you will smell smoke and your belongings will smell like smoke until they remediate it or find a solution. The amazing views and location helped us forget of the smell and we still really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful, updated condo with an elegant “island” style. Very comfortable. Stocked well with quality appliances and household goods. Ships passing through the channel made for awesome viewing and dolphins everywhere in the morning and early evening. Property Management team is professional and friendly. Had a great time! Beautiful is an understatement!

This place truly is breathtaking. The view from the room is just gorgeous. The room is beautifully decorated and it comes fully equipped with anything you might need for a great stay! The only thing I would say, is that the fishing pier is supposed to be a private pier but there were many people there that were not staying at the condominium and didn’t have a wrist band and out of the many hours over 3 days being out there fishing, there was only one time that a security guy came by, and he didn’t check for wrist bands at all. So it would be nice if that was regulated better since we pay a good amount to be there and to use a private pier to have to share it with people that shouldn’t bd there. Other than that, perfect and amazing stay. We can’t wait to come back!
