Waves of Grace offers an expansive and open-concept living area that seamlessly transitions to outdoor patios on three sides of the home. The vaulted ceilings in the living area create an airy and welcoming atmosphere, while large windows provide stunning Gulf views from every angle. The second-floor layout is perfect for socializing, with ample space for everyone to gather and enjoy each other’s company. Whether you’re sipping coffee from one of the coffee bars or relaxing on the balcony to watch the sunrise or sunset, this space is designed for comfort and relaxation.

SLEEPING QUARTERS:
The home boasts five beautifully designed bedrooms, each offering its own unique charm and comfort. Three of the bedrooms feature private ensuites, providing privacy for all guests. The king suite on the first floor offers easy accessibility, making it ideal for guests who prefer single-level living. The primary suite on the third floor has its own private balcony with panoramic Gulf views. The queen bedroom on the second floor has balcony access, offering views of the surrounding area. On the first level enjoy two bunk bedrooms that have a jack & jill bathroom with a combination tub/shower and separate walk-in shower for fast and easy cleanup. The first bunk room features two twin upper bunks over two queen beds. The second bunk bedroom features a charming set of twin beds in a loft over a cozy lounge area.

GREAT FEATURES:
One of the standout features of this home is the stunning Gulf views from the top two floors, which can be enjoyed from almost every room. The open living area flows out to the balconies, providing the perfect spaces for both sunrise and sunset views. The home also includes a lofted game room, ideal for kids to enjoy, as well as a separate bar area for adults to relax. The kitchen features an oversized island with seating for six, perfect for gathering over meals. For added convenience, there are beverage fridges on each floor, and coffee bars are available on every level. With patios on three sides, the home offers plenty of outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy the fresh coastal air. Guests will also be excited about the future amenities, including a pool, volleyball court, and pickleball courts, which are all just a short distance away.

At South, enjoy resort-style pools that include the Cabana Pool with infinity edge, hammocks, and views of South Town Lake; the new Splish Splash Family Pool with splash pad; and the intimate Neighborly Square Pool. Parks offer green space, including Tailwind Park, South Shore Park, and others; a boardwalk around South Town Lake & Leisure Lake; a community pier and fishing pavilions; and a playscape. When bringing a pet, please ensure it does not bother other guests with excessive noise, barking, etc. Guests are responsible to keep pets on a leash and pick up after their pets and dispose of waste properly.
