'This is our second time staying at this location and we absolutely love it. It's ckose to Port Aransas without the overpriced Port Aransas prices. The only thing I wish was different is that there was a water hose to wash sand off before going inside.'

'Very disappointed! One ac blew hot air while we were there so had to turn it off only had two big towels for shower 2 of the wash rags looked used had been wet and hung back up.. would have loved to used the porch more but the dumpster right out was horrible. Supposed to have cable and internet we had none!! Communicated and skirted about that! There wasn’t even a cable box or router!!'

'This is the most unique place I have ever stayed at. There was so much room to move around. We travel with our pups and plenty of space for a XL kennel. The kitchen had the essentials but if you’re looking for more than that I suggest asking if they have it or just bring your own. Loved that it had a full bath and half bath. Nice shaded parking lot. Felt safe and secure. I would 100% recommend this unit to anyone. '

'The place was clean, and beautiful, perfect for a family vaccation, when we booked our trip they had nothing on the website saying they were having roofing done during the time we would be staying. 'Had a great stay, the cottage was the perfect size for 1 person. Also loved that I was able to have my dogs with me on my trip back home. The place was spotless, very neat and clean. The only 2 things that I would say could improve at this property is maybe having a small fenced in community yard for the dogs and also cutting the grass shorter to shew away the mosquitoes! Other than that, I highly recommend. '

'We stayed for a two-night weekend trip, and found this unit to be very nice. It's in a great location that's central to Rockport, but it's also a quiet setting with clean and well-maintained grounds. The only issues we experienced were a noisy running toilet and broken wifi, but these only had a minor negative impact on our stay. We assume they will be resolved by management, and will likely look into staying here again next time.'
