Casa di Anna – Terrace, greenery, and relaxation at the foot of Mount Quarin

Casa di Anna is located in Cormòns, at the foot of Monte Quarin, in a peaceful rural area surrounded by vineyards. The house is immersed in nature, yet only 700 metres from the town centre, which can be easily reached on foot in just over 5 minutes.

The location offers a wonderful balance between peace and convenience: on one side, the agricultural landscape of the Collio; on the other, the slopes of Monte Quarin, with its woods and walking trails. It is an ideal setting for those who enjoy walking, cycling, or simply spending a few days away from the pace of city life.

Casa di Anna is arranged over two floors.

On the first floor, there is a bright living room with a sofa bed, a dedicated Smart Working area, and a smart monitor for streaming Netflix, Prime Video and YouTube. Please note that there is no TV with traditional broadcast channels.

The kitchen is fully equipped. On the same floor, there is a bathroom with bidet and washing machine, as well as a large furnished terrace, ideal for enjoying breakfast outdoors, reading, or relaxing after a day exploring the surrounding area.

The second floor features one bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with a single bed.

The house offers free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating, and is a non-smoking property.

The Alpe Adria Trail passes directly in front of the house.

An old mule track leads from the house up towards the ridge of Monte Quarin, passing through small acacia woods and offering pleasant walks surrounded by greenery.

From the ridge, you can continue to the Rocca di Monte Quarin, or follow the trail down towards the valley, through a landscape of hills, woodland and small streams.

The location is particularly well suited to hikers, cyclists and e-bike riders. On the ground floor, there is a secure storage area for bicycles, e-bikes and motorcycles.

The centre of Cormòns is just a few minutes' walk away. Here you will find cafés, restaurants and bars with outdoor seating, particularly pleasant during aperitivo time.

Throughout the year, the town also hosts numerous local events and festivals, bringing the streets and squares to life.

Cormòns is located in the heart of the Collio wine region, one of the best-known wine-producing areas of Friuli Venezia Giulia. Casa di Anna is ideally situated for combining walks and outdoor activities in the hills with visits to charming villages, historic towns, wineries and places of cultural and historical interest.

A private parking space is available inside the property's courtyard. Free parking is also available on the street.
