'The property is not walking distance to Castro as described. This should be removed from the description as you need a car to to anywhere. It has lovely views but for the price lacks the higher end facilities that we would expect e.g. the kitchen had many appliances but most were old and could do with replacing. There was ample linen though the towels were not very hard. Outside the small pool had only 2 sun beds both of which had seen better days. For a 4 bed villa 2 beds were not sufficient...

'De ligging is afgelegen en rustig. La Palme is in onze ogen het mooist gelegen appartement. Erg veel privacy en daardoor is het dagelijks gebruik van de buitendouche mogelijk: fantastische ervaring. 'We just spent a lovely two weeks at the Villa in Diso. We can endorse what all the other reviewers have said about the size of the house, the privacy of the bedrooms, the common areas and the pool. In addition to these important features there were a few small touches we really appreciated and which are not often found in other rentals. 'La casa è molto bella e spaziosa; bellissimo soprattutto lo spazio per pranzi e cene all'aperto. Massimo e Luciano sono gentilissimi ed estremamente disponibili; abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo il giro in barca dal porto di Tricase. Ottima posizione per raggiungere il mare a Santa Caterina, Santa Maria al Bagno o Porto Selvaggio. Unico neo la strada molto rumorosa, soprattutto nel weekend.'

'The country setting near Otranto was stunning with sunrise views and great outdoor spaces. The indoor facilities were more rustic but comfortable in keeping with the rural nature of the property. Parking and easy access to Otranto and surrounding areas was a plus. The hostess was gracious and attentive to our concerns. The quick laundry service was a definite plus. 'Bij aankomst bij de woning werden we enthousiast ontvangen. De eigenaar reed ons zelfs in eigen auto door het dorp om de belangrijkste functies en tips te tonen. Super! De woning is ruim en heeft een mooi grote veranda. De tuin is goed onderhouden, evenals het zwembad. De woning is niet (overdreven) luxe maar heeft wel alles wat je nodig hebt. Echt prima! Fijne vakantie gehad!'

'Het is een mooi oud gebouw op een mooie ligging. Het onderhoud van het pand is niet zo gemakkelijk, en dat laat zich zien, lamp kapot, wat schilderwerk, maar dat is normaal. Wij hebben genoten van de kamer met uitzicht op zee. Verder is er een goed ontbijt. Gabriella gaf ons tips om te doen in de omgeving. Onze conclusie is dat je het zelf moet gaan zien, het is zeker de moeite waard. '
