Seaview Apartment

A secluded comfortable apartment full of natural light and a magnificent view of all the south and east coastline of Corfu and the Greek mainland across the sea.Suitable to cater for couples and up to four people offering the chance for a relaxing holiday by the sea and located ideally for exploring the whole of the island as it is situated in the center of it, and close to the very colorful Corfu town.
Being only 12 kl. away from the airport and the international port it is very easy to access and conveniently located. Using it as a base you can explore Corfu's many many sights such as beaches,museums,night life,restaurants,Cafes and bars,churches,shops and incredible mountain drives...
The house sits on its own with lots of outside space,a safe private parking area,and plenty of privacy.The sea view is quite amazing and only topped by the full moon view-it feels as you can touch it- that you might be lucky to enjoy.
If someone doesn't wish to use a car there is a very regular bus service running all day long just in front of the house,to the town of Corfu and the shops aswell as the south of the island and to the many beaches there.There is a small town nearby ,Benitses,with a number of restaurants,Pizza places,mini market and coffe shops.It takes only a few minutes walk to get to it.You can also hire a boat from there for a day or take a boat trip to the beautiful Paxos and Antipaxos islands.
The beach area below the property is safe and well kept all summer long and run by friendly people.The more spectacular beaches which are on the west coast of the island [Kontogialos,Ermones,Ai Giordis] are about 15km away so it takes 25 minutes to get there and a car is ideally recommended.

Wij hebben het heel fijn gehad in dit mooie appartement. Het is ideaal gesitueerd vooral als je gebruik maakt van het openbaar vervoer.

Wat een geweldige omgeving met prachtig uitzicht. Sprakeloos waren we ervan.

Na een super vriendelijk contact op voorhand waren we aangenaam verrast over de gastvrijheid van de eigenaar. De koelkast was ongevraagd gevuld met wat drinken yogurtjes water melk. Koffie thee was er allerlei dingen die we nodig hadden zoals melk zout peper olijfolie ga zo maar door! Verder was hij ook heel lief tegen de katjes die daar waren. Elke dag bracht hij ze eten. Het verwarmde ons hart om dat te zien. Verder was het bed comfortabel en en binnen best knus. Maar buiten was het mooiste van alles. In de avond met een wijntje op het balkon genieten van het prachtige uitzicht. Hetzelfde wat Sissi jaren geleden heeft doen besluiten op dit eiland een residentie aan te schaffen . Alles was super!!

Very pleasant stay at Deep Blue

We stayed here for 6 days. The private house, with lots of space, is situated really nice on a slope with view on the sea. By using the stone stairs through the garden your reach the road and the fancy tunnel to the beach, which is partly run by a very kind old Greek man (Faliraki beach bar). The bus to Kerkira stops near the house. In Benitses, on walking distance, there are several restaurants and we rented a boat here for a day. A really kind owner as well: Rodolfo.

Hohe Aufenthaltsqualität der Wohnung, mit angenehmen und interessanten Details - Mosaikbetonböden in allen Zimmern, umlaufender Balkon, gute Ausstattung, bürgerliches und gleichzeitig leichtes Interieur. Das machte die Wohnung noch größer und großzügiger, als sie an qm ist. Wir konnten als Paar richtig gut darin leben und können uns diese Wohnung durchaus als Domizil für eine Familie vorstellen. Der Gastgeber ist absolut verbindlich, hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen, war hilfreich in seinen Antworten und Tipps und ist jedes Thema und Detail unmittelbar und unaufdringlich angegangen.Unbezahlbar - der Blick auf das Meer. Wir haben das Deep Blue des Meeres und die Weite des Himmels weidlich genossen.Korfu is a special island, das man in verschiedener Hinsicht erkunden muss, bezüglich Schwimmen, Essen, Kultur, Historisches u.a.; ein paar Tage reichen da nicht hin. Wir empfehlen die Anmietung eines Kleinwagens; damit kommt man gut auch ins Innere der Insel und erreicht so das eine oder andere Bergdorf.Vielen Dank an unseren Gastgeber und herzliche Grüße, C. und M. Rodolfos ist ein toller Gastgeber.Seine Wohnung hat alles an Ausstattung was man braucht und noch einiges was man nicht erwartet.Internet war auch schön stabil und flott.Eine glatte 10/10. Wir haben eine sehr schöne, ruhige Zeit in bei Rudolfo verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet, gepflegt und sauber. Bei der Ankunft warteten auf uns einige Lebensmittel und Getränke im Kühlschrank, es war super aufmerksam und sehr willkommen nach der langen Anreise! Wir durften auch früher in die Wohnung rein, es war sehr schön. Wöchentlicher Bettwäschewechsel war auch toll. Am Anfang dachten wir, es ist etwas wenig Geschirr (zwei Teenager sind ständig etwas am futtern) , aber wir haben uns dran gewöhnt. Die Nähe zum Strand war super, hinter dem Hotelareal rechts ist ein Kiesstrand, der weitestgehend für uns alleine war. Das Wasser dort ist sauber und warm (an der Westküste ist das Wasser deutlich kühler). Es gibt am Strand eine Snackbar und ein Restaurant. In Benitses, 10 min Fussmarsch, findet man paar kleine Geschäfte, Bäckerei, Restaurants, Apotheke, Arzt, Hafen. Großere Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind mit dem Auto erreichbar, es gibt einige zur Auswahl. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr vorteilhaft für die Ausflüge: Achillieo, Hauptstadt/Hafen, Flughafen (es ist schon beeindruckend die Flugzeuge so nah zu beobachten). Rudolfo hat uns auch einige Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben, die man nicht im Reiseführer findet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Vielen Dank dafür!

Perfect stay in Corfu

We had a wonderful stay - the accommodation was clean and had everything we needed to explore the island from there. The kitchen had lots of utensils so we were able to cook perfectly. The view from the terrace is wonderful. We would love to come back next time.

Great host

We arrived quite late, but no problem at all. Even the fridge was filled with a "starter kit". Rodolfos is very kind, the flat is clean and perfect for four. Beside the fact that it is located close to a road and the airplanes could be noisy - fine with me and not too loud. Plenty space for parking. That place is recommended!

Great Apartment with easy acess to the beach

This was a grest apartment to atay in especially if ypu dont have a car . The beach is less than 5minutes walk, just below the apartment . Ypu can walk into the local village which has some excellent restaurants. There is a bus which takes you to Corfu town Thd owners are really helpful and very prompt in helping with any queries

Yes we enjoyed our stay. The apartment was quite spacious and well arranged. The main plus point was the balcony giving a great view of the sea. There is a beach just below the apartment which is ok for swimming and there is a small snack bar there. If you want to go around the island we'd suggest hiring a car although there are buses to Kerkyra (Corfu town). Overall, a very good stay.

Excellent experience

Access to the beach was right across from the property. Benetes was a short walk, and the bus stop was across the street for a quick bus ride to Old Corfu Town. The host bent over backwards to make sure we had a great time, even tracking down a lost cell phone and setting up the cab ride for an early morning flight.

The host is the nicest and the view is gorgeous.

The place is better then described. Very well equipped and very close to the beach. Benitses is 10mn away on foot, where you can find a bunch of good restaurants, grocery stores etc... The host is great and the view!!! It's suberb!

Perfect Silver wedding anniversary location

Rodolfo's welcomed us at the apartment & showed us around, initial impressions exactly as described, & there was Aircon, the views from the apartment were better than described, but mosquito repellent is needed in the evenings ( Mosquite coil burners were supplied) . Betty the cat was always there to welcome us when we stepped outside. We found the apartment well stocked, clean, with plenty of extra bedding & an additional fan ( which was needed as temps were hot) What a perfect place to explore Corfu. The beach beneath the apartment was stunning the beach bar was full of life during the day if you fancy a sneaky beer (or cocktail). The town of Benistes was a 20 min walk away, bustling & full of restaurants, bars, tourist shops & several supermarkets. Perfect base to explore the island...Corfu town, stunning beaches & boat hire. We loved our stay, thank you x

Appartement au top !

L’emplacement est top, à 10 minutes à pied de Benitses où vous trouverez tout un tas de restos sympa. Plusieurs plages accessibles à pied dont une au pied de l’appartement. La vue est splendide. Et rien ne manque tant côté « fonctionnel » que côté « douceurs » dans le frigo permettant de ne pas avoir à faire des courses de suite si vous arrivez le soir. N’hésitez pas, foncez !
