'Washing machine didn't work. Helpline never answered. Sent someone to look at Washing machine but couldn't fix. Cooker had missing buttons. Boiler water mains was turned off and with no help turned this on myself after 24 hrs. Creaky sofa bed, broken blinds and door handles. Didnt smell nice. Bad experience '

'Absolutely fantastic stay. The breakfast alone deserves a mention. Usually you go to a place that has all inclusive breakfast, and it’s a loaf of bread, bit of milk , an apple and cornflakes…. Not here! The sheer amount of choice was incredible, catering for everyone from vegans and vegetarians to those who are gluten-free. There was even a mix of wholemeal , gluten free and white bread, fruits, all types of alternative milk, pastries , pancakes, yoghurts, cheese, 5 or 6 cereals(and gf!)and the...

'Great place to stay with good facilities. Happy to recommend this for anyone needing a smart, clean place. Has all cooking facilities but we didnt cook. Nice touch to have teabags and coffee sachets but very frustrating not to have any milk sachets. Meant i had to go hunting for a shop for milk. Pillo- do consider adding little lastic pots or sachets like you get in McDonalds. Would save tired travellers a little stress. Other than thta, all positive.'

'Made a mistake booking this accommodation. Appeared great value at first but was awkward to enter, very noisy especially when we were unable to close high windows in bedroom and a disgusting matress and quilt we discovered we were sleeping on when removing sheets, as requested, at the end of our stay.'

'There were several takeaways nearby, and a cafe but otherwise not much shopping. A small co-op about 15 minutes walk away and a mini sainsburys 20 minutes walk. On the other hand the bus stop was right outside and the tram stop only 5 minutes walk so easy to get to the city centre. But the key problem was communication with the owners. It came across as if it was all automated and they did not really care. I tried to find out about check in as sometimes samller places close check in early. No...
