'Despite the room being dated, the property is gorgeous. Rooms are large; my room included a fan, electric heater and breakfast to go. They have a gluten free breakfast option, which was perfect. We were even able to get it for a 4am checkout. '

'Excellent as always. Pete is a great welcoming host, always on the end of the phone or on the premises ready to help. Cleaning staff asking if I needed anything (i stayed in a private double). I am a regular (for long extended stays) to this great value place, clean and warm, near to where i need to be and there are 5 convenience stores within 500yds, 1 being 10yds away - just next door, a sandwich and a drink if needed. 5 miles to Media city, Salford and 5 miles to Manchester city centre...

'Great place to stay with good facilities. Happy to recommend this for anyone needing a smart, clean place. Has all cooking facilities but we didnt cook. Nice touch to have teabags and coffee sachets but very frustrating not to have any milk sachets. Meant i had to go hunting for a shop for milk. Pillo- do consider adding little lastic pots or sachets like you get in McDonalds. Would save tired travellers a little stress. Other than thta, all positive.'

'Unclean and a little run down. Did not even have a bed side lamp so not able to read my book without disturbing my partner. We didnt spend any time in the livingroom as the couch was dirty with lots of marks on it. Lots of rules and high safety deposit that were not informer about until after the cancellation day had past. They have the right to enter the appartment while youre there wirhout notification but anything that you loose while there, even in a safe, they will not be responsible for....

'There were several takeaways nearby, and a cafe but otherwise not much shopping. A small co-op about 15 minutes walk away and a mini sainsburys 20 minutes walk. On the other hand the bus stop was right outside and the tram stop only 5 minutes walk so easy to get to the city centre. But the key problem was communication with the owners. It came across as if it was all automated and they did not really care. I tried to find out about check in as sometimes samller places close check in early. No...

'Made a mistake booking this accommodation. Appeared great value at first but was awkward to enter, very noisy especially when we were unable to close high windows in bedroom and a disgusting matress and quilt we discovered we were sleeping on when removing sheets, as requested, at the end of our stay.'
