'Staff was efficient and friendly. We stayed 2 nights, used the in room coffee the first morning and it was not replaced. Not a big deal but we enjoy sitting in our jammies enjoying a liesurly cup before we get ready for the day. Great coffee available in the breakfast room Breakfast was great with some changes from the first morning to the second. Room was clean but no visit from housekeeping . We were busy and no time for the hot tub.'

'Prima hotel en vriendelijk personeel. Wel zat er een mierennest in de badkamer en lagen er haren van een ander op de grond. Verder voldoende gelegenheid tot parkeren en een goede uitvalsbasis richting bijvoorbeeld de Rocky Mountains of richting Vancouver '

'The room was clean. Breakfast was good, they had boiled eggs along with fruit which is a little healthier than the standard toast bagels, muffins and waffles which they also had. The pool and hot tub were warm and it had a shower.'

'Alphonso went over and beyond to give us the best experience possible. Great attention to detail. We already had breakfast plans, but the aromas were fantastic and people we saw eating were having a great experience. If you’re looking for a nice place to get away and not worry about what to eat in the morning, head over there.'

'Hotel is ruled by mostley"yong" women. Rooms are dirty. Doors and floors. There were 3 trachcans. One has been emtyd. Towels were take away. No towels are put back. Run out off coffie or hot water in the afternoon. They do their best but thy just not see it..... they are busy with little tickets with who they like to work most.....'

'The pool and sauna were not open as told to us, the hotel going under renovations changing over to Hilton. No restaurant, no public area to meet other team members. We’re not told this was happening. Sure it’ll be nice once completed'
