'Great location. Very dark , dated and depressing, with an overpowering room air freshener device in the bathroom that almost made me choke, so I removed it. I don't recall any amenities aside from the not-so-robust wifi. Pricey, perhaps for the location, but not for anything else.'
'Can’t say enough good things about this property! The location on the lake is fabulous and it is on the way to Connemara National Park and the coast. The two sitting rooms with fireplaces were a welcome refuge after a day of hiking and sightseeing . We were able to walk by the lake and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The lodge itself is exactly what you would expect in a natural Irish setting. The food was very good and the bar was cozy offering an opportunity to meet other guests. The staff was...
'Staff from checkin to check out were wonderful! Our room was spacious and faced the sea. Breakfast was amazing! It had all different varieties of hot and cold options and it was delicious. We didn’t get chance to try the spa but facilities were right on site. Would definitely recommend staying here.'
