The open-plan living space (kitchen, dining area, and sitting room) opens directly onto the outdoor living area (covered with adjustable awnings in the summer) and the superb pool. It is the perfect beach house design, and it is just as well the beach (400m walk) is so beautiful or you might be tempted to spend all your days here! The ground floor is also home to the main bedroom, with its own bathroom and dressing room, which also looks over the pool. The other three bedrooms are on the first floor. There, you have one more double and two twins, and these share 2 bathrooms.



There is a ping pong table. And via a small staircase in the pool area you reach a suntrap terrace above the main bedroom. At the front of the house (facing north) there is another small terrace in full shade, perfect for the hotter summer weeks.
