'Carpet very dirty with food crumbs and lint. Wallpaper pealing. Not there for breakfast. AC and heat worked well. Front desk lovely help. '

'Rooms were nice and clean the bed wasn’t that comfortable. We went there for the jacuzzi but it wasn’t in service. I didn’t have the breakfast so I can’t comment on that. I enjoyed the sauna had to wait 15 minutes for it to heat up tho. The pool was nice. Overall I give it a 8 out of 10'

'Ok so let me say , I have stayed at many a hotel but this stay surpassed them all honestly. We were greeted at the front desk and I want to say her name is Nancy and I’m sorry if I got that wrong , but she was lovely and took my daughter and I on a tour of this historic inn. 'Beautiful hotel'

'We were visiting family in Bristol for the holidays and used Founders Brook as our home base for five nights. The property is close to Portsmouth’s downtown area and a hop over the bridge to Bristol. We had some of the best sleep we’ve had in years and felt very at home. This is the fourth time we have stayed here and each time we notice improvements. Love the complimentary toiletries!!'
