The open living/sleeping room includes a double sofabed, dining table, TV (flat screen), and air conditioning, with an exit leading to the terrace. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, gas stove with four gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, and it also has a bar area. There is a shower/bidet/WC on the main level. Upstairs, you'll find a double bedroom with air conditioning and an exit to the balcony, as well as an open alcove with a curtain and a double sofabed measuring 150 cm wide and 190 cm long. Another shower/bidet/WC is located on the upper floor.
