The living area, cozy and bright, is tastefully furnished and features a comfortable sofa bed (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared, we think it is proper to use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the closet/shelf most adjacent to the sofa.), TV, and a dining table. The open-plan kitchen, overlooking the living room, is fully equipped with everything needed to cook as at home.

The sleeping area includes a spacious double bedroom, furnished with a wardrobe and chest of drawers for organizing clothing and accessories. The corridor leading to the bedroom has a practical built-in wardrobe and a washing machine, making the apartment suitable for stays of any length. The bathroom is complete with a bidet and shower.



The apartment does not have private parking, but numerous public parking spaces are available nearby, as well as a convenient paid parking garage.



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.



Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.

Sitting at CORTE VITTORIA, you will find yourself in the heart of Como, near the central Piazza Vittoria and Porta Torre. Just a short walk away, via Via Cesare Cantù, you can dive into the historic center, strolling through charming cobblestone streets, shops, bars, restaurants, historic churches, and fascinating squares.

In 5/10 minutes on foot, you will reach: the famous Piazza Duomo, with its magnificent cathedral and Broletto, both a must-see; Piazza San Fedele, a picturesque square with the homonymous Romanesque-style basilica; Via Vittorio Emanuele, one of the most renowned streets for shopping; Piazza Volta, a lively meeting point for aperitifs and after-dinner drinks outdoors year-round; and Porta Torre, one of the historic entrances to the walled city.

In about 15 minutes on foot, you will reach Piazza Cavour, the largest square in Como, in front of which you will find the dock from which the Navigazione Lago di Como boats depart to reach the most famous locations on the lake (Cernobbio, Blevio, Torno, Laglio, Argegno, Menaggio, Bellagio, Varenna).

Still just a few minutes away, or by renting a city bike, you can visit Villa Olmo and its enchanting park, following the promenade that starts from the Hangar, or head towards Villa Geno, walking along the picturesque lakeside promenade of Viale Geno. At the beginning of Viale Geno, you will also find the Funicular station, which will take you to Brunate and its lighthouse, where you can stop for lunch at one of the local restaurants or embark on a panoramic hike towards the Lario mountains, with a stop at one of the mountain huts along the way.



How to get there:

By car: From the A9 “Como Centro” highway exit, the apartment is about 10 minutes away, by setting the GPS, passing through Via Pasquale Paoli and continuing on SS 342 Briantea.

By train: From S. Giovanni station, take the C70 bus and get off at the “Piazza Vittoria” stop (7 stops, about 10 minutes). From Como Lago station, take the N7 bus and get off at the “Piazza Vittoria” stop (5 stops, about 5 minutes). The property is a 2-minute walk from the stop.
