'The phone did not work. Clerk did not offer me another room, he just said he’d have it repaired in the morning. I said that won’t help me tonight. No reply. I asked the evening clerk for late check-out the next morning. I said I’d like 1pm, he said fine. The next morning on the way to the breakfast buffet (which was delicious!) I decided to confirm the late checkout. The morning clerk said there was no late checkout noted. He gave it to me. He did not apologize. I never had any problems...
