'En general todo bien, tal cual se ve en las fotos. Solo tuvimos problema con la televisión, utiliza dos controles y si por error cambias canal con el que no es se desconfigura el cable, el personal muy amable logro configurarla de nuevo, pero nos volvió a pasar y ya nadie pudo volverla a configurar, debiese tener únicamente un solo control y listo. El área de cafetería muy bien, super bien decorado y con rinconcitos muy libros ideales para fotos.'

'I got a 2 bed room for my dad & I, my bed had a stained sheet which I requested to be changed. The towels didn’t seem to clean either. We checked in really late at night and the staff at that time were great. The staff in the day had no attention to customer service and had a dry and almost angry attitude. This brought down my dad’s mood, luckily we only booked one night and left as soon as it was check out time. The information on Expedia does not match what staff say.. The address is not...

'Infinity pool right on the beach was awesome. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Shipping container-like rooms were very cool with a private hammock area for each. Only slight gripe I have is that the bathroom would start to smell after a while if the lights turn on '

'The staff members are very kind and helpful. The nighy security guard helped me find a pharmacy and waited fot me to come back to open the gate. The beach--and surfing--is just around the corner.'

'Hotel Tazumel has two locations on the same street one is #3 & #13 I was put in #13 and so my review is it’s a Quiet area, rooms are clean modern with comfortable beds. Bathroom was modern and clean with plent of hot water. Breakfast is very basic with four choices. '
