'This is NOT a 4 star boutique hotel. It lacks the maintenance and minimum standards to be a 4 star hotel. The hotel is humid and smells like mold. Our room had a nice amount of spiders and flies in it. We were given a plastic Flyswatter to kill them. There’s no ACs in the rooms, which means even if the air cools down to 26C your room will be very humid. The bathroom and toiletries were very nice, the bed was comfortable. The hotel claims to have working space in the rooms, which is not the case....

'Es por mucho la peor experiencia que he tenido en mi vida en un hotel, reservamos y pagamos la habitación por adelantado, cuando llegamos al hotel a hacer el check in a las 11:00 de la noche nos recibió el dueño del hotel y no paró de gritarnos e insultarnos argumentando que la hora máxima para el check in era a las 9:30 de la Noche y que así estaba en las políticas (esto es correcto, nosotros no vimos este horario y llegamos más tarde).
