Gastvrouw Madelena zorgt met haar man Luis al zo'n veertig jaar voor haar gasten opdat deze herenboerderij kan blijven bestaan in al haar goed onderhouden glorie. Ideale ligging in de Minho. Veel beter ga je niet vinden.'

'Very friendly and communicative host. We felt welcomed as well by the host Filipe, as by his dogs. The fureplace is nice and enough wood for msking fire. Close enough for some nice rides to Peneda-Geres National Parc. Thanks for having us.'

'We hebben dit huisje gebruikt om de eerste vijf etappes van de camino Portugues te lopen. We hadden een goed verblijf. Alles aanwezig in het huisje. We konden er na onze looptocht goed rusten. De dame die ons ontvang en later afscheid nam was zeer vriendelijk. Al met al een goed verblijf in Portugal. Nu naar Spanje voor de resterende voettochten naar Santiago.'

'El lugar es muy tranquilo. Tuvimos un problema y se soluciono pronto y con implicación de varias personas para su solución. Los dormitorios no tienen ventanas al exterior. Recomendable.'

'We had a great stay at this accommodation. It is even better than the pictures.The jacuzzi hit the spot after canyoning and hiking to the Castelo de Castro Laboreiro. One thing to note, you will receive emails for payment and house rules and contract via email from the company that owns the property (not via VRBO). The drive to the property can be a bit narrow so I don't think you want to be driving a massive vehicle to this location. Also, you are in the mountains of Portugal so don't...
