Apartment with air conditioning in the center of Lido di Pomposa, with sea view

Two-room apartment air-conditioned, on the 4th floor in a condominium on the central avenue, in the center, and 50 meters from the sea. Entrance into the living room where we find the kitchenette and a double sofa bed, from the living room we have access to the double bedroom and bathroom with shower, in the bathroom we also find the washing machine, always from the living room we have access to the balcony where we can read a good book comfortably seated while watching the center and the sea, condominium parking space.

THE PRICE TAXES (to be paid locally and in cash) equal to € 0.30 PER PERSON PER NIGHT, up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights. Children under the age of 12 are not allowed to pay.

In the price IS NOT INCLUDED THE CITY TAX (€ 0.30 per person per night, up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights). Children under the age of 12 are excluded from the payment.

EXTRA SERVICES ON REQUEST (with payment on site):

Bath towels: € 5.00 per person per change;
Final cleaning: € 55.00
OBLIGATORY ADDITIONAL CLEANING IN CASE OF ANIMAL PRESENCE, where allowed with prior authorization € 50.00
