Very clean, most of the staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was great, they don’t except cash though which is no biggie, just wish we had known ahead of time to plan better. Will be staying here again :)

This Hampton Inn is dated. The bed was very uncomfortable. We could feel the springs. The pillows were also uncomfortable. The ceiling in the front lobby feels low as one enters. There is a heavy smell of chlorine by the elevator. I expected more from a Hampton.

Property is ok but i didnt think it came close to the Hampton status I've been accustomed to over the years, things are old here, needs an update. The continental breakfast was excellent.

We are almost on the final year with Hampton and the management has already taken approval to build a new Hampton beside this. Worth the price
Overall good stay. Could use a face lift and better lighting. Was super dim in the hallways. Really friendly staff. Room was clean and the bed was comfy. Two restaurants off the parking lot. Not bad for a one night stay.

Man a desk needs a personality check. Mattresses were broken down and need replaced. Asked for late check out. Was told 11:30, which was fine. 11:08 front desk calls to see if we are checking out. Tell them we are. Walk out the door of the room and maid runs after us asking which room we left. Told her and asks us if we are done. Or was only 11.09…they were trying their best to chase us out. If it was an issue, they shouldn’t have given us an 11:30 check out

Superb Visit and Hospitality
I really admire the staff allowing me the use of the breakfast lounge for my 4:30 am devotional bible study. The ladies who worked the front desk and the kitchen was very welcoming to me sitting in there. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and vibe i was presented with. I will definitely continue to be my location to stay when im in town.

We have had the best time during our stay. Closing on a house can be a little stressful but staying here has definitely made it better. From the easy booking to friendly staff and the Free breakfast.

The outside area this hotel is located in smells like sewage. Also some clients were smoking pot in their room and it made the entire floor smell like pot. I alerted the front desk and she sprayed fa-breeze. Also, all of the Diamond Reserved Parking spots were always filled.

Sorry for the issues that you faced with your stay. We are looking into all. We do have a waste treatment facility around us but usually the smell is always around very early hours of morning and does not impact anyone. Lot of restaurants around not sure if one of them was doing some septic tank cleaning. We are a complete nonsmoking property, so we are strict with any kind of smoking but do understand if one room smokes pot the whole hallway stinks.

The only problem area was the light and a very loud fan were on one switch in the bathroom. Other than that it would have been a comfortable stay. The staff was courteous and helpful. Our compliments go to everyone that was there.....

I was happy to see a reapostered chair in the room. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I hope you can replace the mattresses soon. My last visit in the fall the bed was tolerable, this visit the bed was terrible.

I was asked to pay an additional deposit for damage, after paying online, I had to give another credit card for this? I was told this is standard practice by Hilton What is that all about? Ive been all through Atlantic Canada abd Northeast U.S. over thr past 3 months and have not been aksed to pay such a charge. Absolutely ridiculous.

Guest incidentals are industry standards. Any hotel you stay they will authorize your card for incidentals. The authorization do drop off automatically after few days if no damage has been done to the room and not smoked.

Nice hotel that is very convenient if you are traveling to Columbus. Provides a nice pitstop just about 15 minutes outside of the city. Lots of nearby eating options, including a Cracker Barrel, a KFC, and a few others essentially just steps away from the front door. Room tip, though --- don't stay in Room 206, as it sits right above the entrance to the hotel and you can hear the sliding door opening and shutting outside your window.

The check-in was quick. One complaint, the toilet had a leak at the base and left a constant puddle in the bathroom. We informed the desk clerk of this only to find they had a repairman in the lobby waiting on us to checkout so he could fix it. my husband and I felt that they should not have rented the room knowing the toilet was leaking in creating a puddle in the bathroom. In our opinion the puddle in the bathroom was a health hazard.

Needs a little upgrade. Staff very nice.
We have stayed there many times over the last five years or so. And they still have the same armchairs, which are looking shabby. Also, the mattress needs to be replaced.

I really liked the personalized welcome message on the tv screen when I arrived and the little touches like a pumpkin sticker on the toilet paper roll and the little ducks that are always there.
