We are almost on the final year with Hampton and the management has already taken approval to build a new Hampton beside this. Our building is old but our team member our very courteous and friendly and our housekeeping team does a great job at keeping things clean that's why we are rated by 94% of our guest as very clean. Sorry to hear that you had a less than a perfect stay at our property. we are looking into what you have put in your feedback and address issues asap. We once again would like to sincerely apologize and see that HK and FD be retrained in their guest approach and mattress in the room replaced.

Sorry for the issues that you faced with your stay. We are looking into all. We do have a waste treatment facility around us but usually the smell is always around very early hours of morning and does not impact anyone. Lot of restaurants around not sure if one of them was doing some septic tank cleaning. We are a complete nonsmoking property, so we are strict with any kind of smoking but do understand if one room smokes pot the whole hallway stinks.

Guest incidentals are industry standards. Any hotel you stay they will authorize your card for incidentals. The authorization do drop off automatically after few days if no damage has been done to the room and not smoked.
