Iâll start by saying the rooms were a 1.5 stars. You get what you pay for. They had stained bedding, stained carpets, hair in the tub, and the toilets had a weird residue around them. I can deal with that for one night if there arenât bugs. The morning breakfast was whatever. Iâve stayed at hiltons before and the quality of this one was the worst Iâve ever been too. That wasnât the worst part. The worst was arriving at 1 am with two kids und two. I left a memo with front desk about our late arrival and a note on Expedia requesting a crib. The second I was in the gentleman working the front says âUm you should have Called out of common courtesy to let me know you were getting here late. Itâs rude. I was about to cancel your room. I was doing audits, do you know what that is?â Mind you, Iâm exhausted after a cross country flight. I said âNo I donât know what audits are, I left a notice and also a note with Expedia.â And he said âI donât get Expedia notesâ. At that point his nasty attitude filled the entire room. I said âThatâs not my problem.â He was so rude, in my life have I had a hotel experience like that. If you need a cheap room to shower and sleep go for it. But his customer service ultimately led me to give the one star. Also, a crib was not provided. When I called to speak to management- she actually read my Expedia note to me and I remembered they never provided the crib either. So they DID have access to Expedia notes.
