Pool! Near Downtown&Parks- The Cozy Guest Cottage

This classic one-bedroom guest cottage with a kitchenette accommodates up to four guests. Located next to our separately rented main home, you'll share the driveway, backyard, and pool but have private access to the cottage. Perfect for traveling nurses or professionals with pets. Minutes from Fort Moore, downtown, and restaurants. Short and long-term stays welcome. We've included professional and real-time photos from our cleaning team for full transparency. We'd love to host you!

The Space:
Our pool is closed for the season. It will be noted here when it reopens in the Summer of 2026.

Guests will enter the cottage through the side door using a digital keypad. The space has a bedroom with a queen bed, a living room with a pull-out couch, a kitchenette, a breakfast nook, and a full bathroom. Please note: This unit does not have a washer and dryer.
Guests have a private entrance and full and private access to the cottage but share the driveway/yard/pool with the main house.

NOTE: we have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and will not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. Thanks for understanding!

Guest Access:
The cottage is attached to, but completely separate from, the main house Originally built for the previous owners' mother, the cottage has it's own bedroom, living room, bathroom, and eat-in kitchen. The only thing it shares with the main house is the driveway and back yard.

The Neighborhood:
Located in midtown on a large corner lot with giant mature trees. You are less than 3 miles from St. Francis Hosptial and downtown Columbus. A stones throw away from everything else you might need including grocery and restaurants!

Getting Around:
We recommend driving but Uber and Lyft are available in the area as well.

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
