Unit Three:
Note: The unit is located on the right side of the property (upstairs).
Layout Note: At the top of the entry stairs, the home splits into two areas: the secondary suite to the left and the remainder of the home (with primary suite) to the right.

Secondary Suite (Queen):
Take a left immediately after entering and collapse onto the queen-sized bed in the secondary private suite. Nearly a home inside the home, you’ll have all you need for a comfortable, enjoyable stay. Private full bath attached.

Living Room:
To the right of the entry stairs and across from the queen bedroom is the main living area. This loft-like living space features big and soft seating, a SmartTV, and easy access to the kitchen. Feel as snug as a bug in a rug in our cozy home! (*bugs not included)

Office Area:
Off to the side within a nook in the living room, we provide a small study to unwind and read a book… or file your taxes (no judging!).

Straight out of the living area is the kitchen. Simple and efficient, here you have all you need to feed a family or two: plates, utensils, platters, everything you’d expect. Clean and stylish, you’ll feel right at home cooking up a storm—or just warming up some take-out.

Primary Suite (King):
Going back to the living room and taking a right, find the primary bedroom waiting to serve you. With everything the secondary suite offers plus a larger bed, you’ll rest easy knowing you stayed in the right home.

The maximum occupancy that is shown in the listing includes any and all visitors that will be at the home. Over-occupancy or unauthorized events will result in IMMEDIATE eviction without refund. Any guest who refuses to vacate when instructed will be treated as a trespasser.

No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy are allowed under any circumstances. Bookings made under false pretenses will be denied access with no refund.

You must be 25 years of age or older in order to book one of our homes.

While we ask a series of screening questions to all guests, local guests are subject to additional screening steps, including a phone call. We reserve the right to cancel any guest reservations at our discretion.

Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints and multiple violations will result in immediate eviction without refund.

No smoking or vaping inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.

No illegal substances or activities on the premises.

Pets must be approved in advance. We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all of our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages.

If the property is left in an unusually dirty condition that requires deep cleaning beyond our standard turnover, an additional fee will be charged to cover the extra housekeeping costs.

Early check in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.

Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or Wi-Fi equipment.

If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you.
