« It is a very cute and simple place. It is an older house but very well maintained. A big yard gives you a buffer zone from the other houses. Very quiet neighborhood. Near the center of town. I hope to look forward to renting this home for my other visits to Grand Junction. Highly recommended. »

« Emplacement éloigné et assez difficile à trouver. Matelas à changer, impression d'être sur un bateau. Espace intérieur limité et peu équipé. Aucun poêle et petit réfrigérateur. Espace extérieur ok. »

« Such a beautiful property! We loved the proximity to hiking trails and had a wonderful time overall. The house was clean, cozy and well stocked. We will definitely return for our next girls trip! »

« This property has no Air Conditioning. Listing says it has heat but there is no mention of AC. There is no kitchen or dishwasher. It does have a small oven to heat food. The small 1/2 bath has a musty smell and the storm door will only open enough to get in the door. The sheets were clean and beds comfortable. The toilets flushed but sometimes took more than ome attempt and had to wait several minutes for the tank to refill. Overall l was disappointed. »
