Veteran owned and operated; this newly updated home is close to many amazing Colorado Springs attractions. Garden of the Gods, Downtown, Old Colorado City, Pikes Peak, and more. Also close to I-25 for easy access to the rest of what Colorado Springs has to offer. This home is spacious with a main level and basement level living. 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with a large fenced in yard. Full kitchen, grill, and washer/dryer. This home also has free Wi-Fi and Central AC.

This was one of the better vacation stay residences we have been to. House was very clean and organized. I also appreciated the little detail of having a sign on the cabinet where the first extinguisher was located! Will definitely see if this property is available again during our next trip.

My brother and I loved this house, in EVERY way. We are both in our 60's. However, my 82 yo mother and 72 yo cousin both felt that the stairs to the basement needed to be covered by a baby gate. I did not see a problem, but if you have oder people or toddlers, be aware that the stairs can make them nervous. Clean, and just as advertised as far as rooms, beds, kitchen. Nice place.

Great property with a great central location to most of the attractions. Neighborhood was safe and quiet. The house was perfect for our two week family vacation. We will be watching for this house for our next stay.

Comfortable and convenient

The property was will kept, clean and everything was in good working order.The only suggestions I would make are1. A swinging baby gate at the top of the stairs, with 4 people sleeping downstairs, navigating the provided baby gate was difficult.2. Outside lights for the back yard. There is a switch and bulbs for the back yard but they did not work3. Steps up to the back yard seating area. Overall, it is a great property and we would definitely stay here again.

Garden of the Gods getaway

This is an excellent location to anywhere in Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs. House was excellent for us and we really enjoyed it very much. Only thing we missed was kitchen dish towels so we've left a couple for the next guests. Would be helpful to have bath mats and a safety bar in the tub downstairs. Decorating and furnishings are awesome

Perfect stay for a weekend w cadets at USAFA

The location was very convenient and the kitchen was nicely stocked. Lots of comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. It’s a bit older neighborhood - but everyone seemed nice. Plenty of linen and a really cool charger in the living room that let you charge like 8 devices at once! Thank you!

Colorado Springs Vrbo

The Colorado Springs Vrbo was well laid out for our families needs. We had a family of 4, who stayed upstairs, and Grandma and Grandpa stayed downstairs. The house was nicely decorated, and had all the household items we needed. We would stay there again.

The house was great except for the bedroom downstairs that has a sliding closet doors with louvers for a wall with a shared bathroom on the other side of it. There was no privacy for the person using the bathroom or the person occupying the room. There was no mention of this in the description of the house and definitely no pictures showing the room.

Family Christmas Vacation

The location of the home was ideal. Everything we had planned to do for the week was within 20 minutes. It’s right off the interstate but no interstate noise. In a quiet and seemingly safe feeling neighborhood. The home accommodated our extended family of 5 adults, 1 teen and two littles perfectly with plenty of room I loved how they had a few baby items tucked in the supply closet- with our grandkid’s young ages it was so important to find the safety gate in there to block off the stairs.

Great get away

Located with easy access to the interstate. Clean and cozy! Was able to get to all the key sites (Air Force academy, garden of the Gods, old Colorado city) with ease. Beds were so comfortable! House had everything we needed! Would definitely use again!!
