Welcome to your Colorado home away from home! Our home is a spacious 6-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat offering incredible views of Pikes Peak, plenty of room for large families and groups, and a quiet, peaceful setting perched on 2 forested acres where you can relax and enjoy the beauty of Colorado.

With two large family rooms, there’s plenty of space for everyone to spread out, whether you’re watching a movie, playing games, or simply relaxing after a day of adventure. The large, well-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and gathering around the table with family and friends.

Our home’s 6 bedrooms are well appointed with your comfort in mind.
-Bedroom 1: King bed, en-suite bathroom - walk in shower & soaking tub

-Bedroom 5: 2 Double beds
-Bedroom 6: 2 Twin beds

Bathrooms:
- En-suite master bathroom features a double vanity, large soaking tub, walk in shower and water closet (private room with toilet).
- Guest bathroom 1 is located on the main floor is a full bathroom with 2 separate sinks and plenty of storage.
- Guest bathroom 2 is located on the lower level between 2 bedrooms and is a full bathroom.

PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND: Our property is located on a community-maintained dirt road. The road is plowed during the winter months, but conditions can vary with weather all year long. 4-wheel drive or AWD is strongly recommended from September through May, especially during snow, ice, or muddy conditions. Please plan accordingly and check weather and road conditions before traveling to the property.

Enjoy the convenience of 2-car garage access, offering secure parking and plenty of room for your gear and equipment.

We welcome well-behaved dogs! Up to 2 dogs are allowed per stay. Please help us keep the home comfortable for everyone by cleaning up after your pets and keeping them under control while on the property. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning required after their stay. A separate, refundable, deposit will be collected - $200/dog.
