    Springs Sanctuary offers family-friendly, dog-friendly comfort close to parks, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, and Pikes Peak in a welcoming Colorado Springs residential setting. Enjoy a double-level deck with a gas grill and two separate living areas inside, each with its own fireplace, plus groceries, shops, and dining within a mile along Academy Boulevard and Palmer Park trails just as close.

When you stay here, you're not staying in a house. You're staying in a home. It was very charming. It felt like staying at a family members house. It was a perfect place for our family to relax.

All was perfect for our extended family gathering. Host attended promptly to every question and provided additional services and supplies quickly. Kitchen equipment was beyond my wildest imagination! Neighborhood was quiet. Great TV/entertainment setups. We would come back again.

Had almost everything you'd need in kitchen, never had such choices, but no saran wrap or foil, bathrooms well stocked including array of otc meds but no clorox wipes for cleaning surfaces in BR nor any spray bottles, Living room and dining table very nice, comfortable 3bedrooms 3baths , had laundry but no soap, dishwasher1 cleaning pod for 5 day stayVery nice stay but needs basic cleaning supplies, freezer not work well but immediate response by maintenance

The house was in a good location, proximity wise and is a decent size. However, it is an older house and is VERY drafty…we bought a space heater to keep in one of the bedrooms because it go so cold. And, while the house is a decent size, there are a LOT of things everywhere…dishes, glasses, pots, books, dvds, etc, etc.

The home was centrally located to all we wished to explore. The space was perfect for our group. Only downside was one mattress was likely broken and was not comfortable to sleep on. Overall, it was a great experience and stay.

Very comfortable!

This delightful house had all the comforts of home! The main living area had large comfortable furniture which was perfect for our family as we curled up to watch Christmas movies. The kitchen was fully stocked and spacious for preparing meals. We’ll definitely stay again!

Just like home...

This was our 2nd time to stay here over Christmas. We enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, spacious living and dining room, and beautiful yard for the dog! The neighborhood is very nice, just down the street from King Sooper and central to everything in the Springs. Very clean and well maintained!

Homey large house in Great location

This was a great stay! Large home with a nice patio and back yard in a great neighborhood conveniently located not far from a nice grocery store , shopping and restaurants! Kitchen fully equipped! Beds were a little firm for my liking but for the price you can’t beat this !! Would stay again!!

Colorado Springs

The house was perfect. My 88 year old mother and 16 year old granddaughter loved the house, too. It was by far one of the nicest houses I’ve stayed at and I hope it will be available for all of my future trips to Colorado Springs.

Great Place for Cadet Family!

This home was very clean, had all the amenities necessary, pet-friendly, and so much was provided! It is in a great location and a good neighborhood. We have an Air Force Cadet and another considering attending the Academy. We will plan to stay here again!

We stayed here for 4 nights for my daughter's AFA graduation. We're from Southen Cali and had friends & family from other states and overseas. It was just great with a fully equipped kitchen, which we needed to host and feed the friends & family that were staying with us. The upstairs and downstairs separation provided privacy between folks staying in the respective bedrooms. 2 of the 3 bedrooms had bathrooms, and there was another full one in the hallway upstairs, so enough to go around without feeling cramped at all for 7 of us that were staying.Maybe because of the time of year (end of May), it was kind of cold in the early morning and night. The bedroom downstairs had a manual heater, which helped. The bathroom downstairs; we couldn't find a plug to the bathtub, so there was no way we could take a bath. I didn't hear any complaints from other guests about the other bathrooms. The mattress/spring of the sofa bed wasn't the greatest though, probably due to the "oldness" of the sofa itself? Not broken or anything; a bit saggy and not firm, just not in a top notch condition anymore.We had a few more people over for dinner, which we were able to move around the furniture to make it happen. We did this very carefully ofc, both for setting up and after the dinner was finished.The outside back patio was pretty nice, so much potential. I would've loved to have enjoyed it more, but we had a busy schedule. Thank you for a lovely stay!!

Everyone was very comfortable and enjoyed their stay. More complete instructions are needed for locking the door when going out. Our master's student figured it out.
