Though you will have your own private oasis, venture out and explore attractions nearby such as Paradise Cove / Guffey Gorge or Gold Mine Tours Inc. both located within 15 miles of your home base. Make your way in the opposite direction and you will find Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument and Florissant Proper for even more scenic hikes and a glimpse of local life here. For a day trip, head over to Cave of the Winds Mountain Park or Colorado Springs both home to even more action!

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
