Amazing balcony overlooking Main Street, with beautiful views of Downtown Manitou. Shopping, great restaurants, and hiking right out the front door. Private parking for 1 regular size vehicle ( oversized vehicles will not fit) Very Steep stairs to enter Loft, if you have trouble with stairs this isn`t the place for you.

This unique property located near Historic downtown Manitou Springs. Shopping, great restaurants, and hiking right out the front door. Pikes Peak, the Cog-railroad, the Manitou Incline, Penny Arcade and many other family-friendly activities are within walking distance.. This apartment is in the middle of all that Manitou Springs has to offer! It feels like urban downtown and outdoor living all in one!. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Within walking distance just out the front door is access to Manitou`s free shuttle bus, and the Public Bus system running throughout Colorado Springs. Uber and Taxi services also available

This apartment has very steep stairs to access it. If you have trouble with stairs, please consider the Downtown Manitou Suite.

There is parking for 1 regular sized vehicle.
