🥨 The cottage "La Petite Venise" is located on the first floor of an Alsatian house full of charm and authenticity (alcoves, half-timbering, woodwork,...) in the heart of the old town and historic centre of the very pretty city of Colmar.

👥 It can accommodate two adults and two children.
🏠 This charming, completely renovated, modern and cosy apartment is equipped with a bathroom with a shower 🚿, a small fitted kitchen 🍽️ (oven, hob and refrigerator), a washing machine, a living area with a 160 cm sofa bed 🛋️, a flat-screen television, wifi and a spacious bedroom with a 140 cm double bed 🛏️.

🪜The apartment is on the 1st floor without a lift.

⚠️ The apartment is located above a bar, unfortunately, we had to note that you can of course hear some noise during the bar's operation. But the city centre is also very lively and anyone who rents an apartment in the city centre should expect it not to be as quiet.

🛍️This ideal location will make you travel for a weekend or during a longer stay in the heart of Alsace and its traditions, and will invite you to discover the streets of Colmar and its Little Venice, as well as the Christmas markets whose reputation is no longer to be made. Around this magnificent city, you can let yourself live to the rhythm of the wine route and its gastronomy, its grand crus and its numerous Alsatian villages.

🚘Are you coming by car? The Montagne Verte and Rapp public car parks are the closest. You also have the possibility of finding a space in the neighbouring streets, with street parking, which is paid (parking meter or application) from 9am to 7pm except on Sundays and public holidays.
🅿️ The accommodation is located in the pedestrian zone during certain events (Christmas markets, ...) in the city centre of Colmar. A paid street parking zone by parking meter is available nearby.
🅿️ The Montagne Verte public car park is located 5 minutes walk from the apartment. It offers 690 underground spaces (maximum height of 2m, possibility of electric car charging).
🅿️ The Rapp public car park is located 5 minutes walk from the apartment. It offers 900 underground spaces (maximum height of 2.15m, possibility of electric car charging).
🅿️ You have the possibility to book private parking spaces within an 800m radius of the accommodation. These spaces are limited, subject to availability. A reservation is mandatory. Rate from 12€ per night, per space.
🚲 You have the possibility to book a space in a secure bicycle room in a neighbouring building (800m away).

🚭 This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.
Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning fees.

🧹 Bed and toilet linen as well as the standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linen, a general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.
🧹 However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, clean the barbecue, take out the rubbish, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to do this, you can order a so-called "complete cleaning" of the apartment for 30€ before your arrival. In the absence of prior booking of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of 60€ for cleaning fees will be charged to you.

📝 A digital contract signature and your identity document, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as the information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during the stay does not match that of the booking, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
