This amazing 4 bedroom 3 bath Craftsman style home is situated right in the heart of Green Bluff, between several family farms, orchards and wedding venues on a gated ten acre parcel, perched just above the westerly portion of the actual bluff of the Green Bluff area. The gourmet kitchen is huge and stocked to the hilt with every kind of appliance and gadget you'd ever need to prepare, cook for, and entertain your guests. This large kitchen and island are just the perfect spots to visit and involve everyone in preparing your next great family meal. The bar height kitchen table seats 8 and another 3 on barstools at the kitchen island. This spacious kitchen is the heart of the home and where you and your group will surely love to congregate.

On the upper level, the roomy master bedroom offers a king Tempurpedic bed with high quality sheets and linens, and blackout draperies for an awesome night's sleep. You'll feel pampered with the en suite bathroom with double sinks, a large walk- in shower, jetted jacuzzi tub, walk in closets, and a dedicated laundry room. The mirrored vanity, sitting area, 65"smart TV , and private deck make the suite the perfect place to unwind while taking in the view. Also on the upper level, you'll find the open fitness room equipped with a TV, recumbent bike, treadmill, elliptical machine, dumbbells, and a far infrared sauna that seats 4, to keep you on track with your routine as well as help you relax and sleep great!

On the lower level, the open family room doubles as a theater room with an 80" TV and surround, a giant sectional sofa with 6 automatic recliners, that seats 8+ and is perfect for movie lovers, it even has a wet bar, wine rack, fridge & microwave for your movie treats. Three fully furnished guest rooms all have queen beds, high quality linens, desks or vanities, magnifying mirrors, smart TV's with streaming services and wifi throughout the home. A large full bathroom with double sinks, and a full laundry is also on the lower level. There are expansive deck and patio areas, a BBQ and outdoor seating to relax and enjoy the outdoors with your group. Park in the large two car garage or any of the five parking spaces available.

It is a self contained, fully furnished and well appointed guest home that comfortably sleeps 6, has a large open concept living area,large sectional sofa, full kitchen and dining area, large bunk beds and wall bed, contemplation garden, deck area, BBQ and 8 person spa, with 4 dedicated parking spaces.
