Riverstone Village is the walkable heart of Coeur d’Alene’s north side. Step out the door to Atlas Mill Park, with Riverstone Park and its pond about a five minute walk. The Centennial Trail runs right through the neighborhood for walking and biking to the Kroc Center, the river, or downtown. Restaurants, a movie theater, coffee, and shops are all within a few blocks, and downtown Coeur d’Alene and the lake are a short drive.

You have the whole condo to yourself except a locked owner’s closet. Self check-in with a keypad, so arrive whenever your day brings you here.

Your stay includes one dedicated space in the secure underground garage. Additional surface parking is available in the lot, following any posted limits. Trailers and oversized vehicles park in the street level lot.

This is a single level condo on the second level of the building, and the building has an elevator as well as stairs to get up from street level or the parking garage, so bags and strollers are easy. The open layout puts the kitchen, dining, and living room in one bright space with the balcony and mountain views on the far side.

Easy without a car for most of your stay. Centennial Trail for walking and biking, City Link bus, Uber and Lyft, and local taxis. Downtown Coeur d’Alene is about 5 minutes by car, Spokane airport about 40.

Late check-outs are typically not available. Our local cleaning team runs a tight schedule between stays, and shifting a cleaning window is genuinely difficult for them. Honoring the 10:00 AM time keeps the home ready and welcoming for the next guests.
