Enjoy amazing views of the Ocean from your top floor, direct Oceanfront balcony. This penthouse unit is right next to the world famous Cocoa Beach Pier! The location simply cannot be beat! The pier is great for people of all ages. Whether you are looking to fish, play beach volleyball or enjoy a nice dinner & drinks there is something for everyone. You are also only a few minutes from the famous Ron Jons Surf Shop, which is a top local attraction.

Unit 508 has a King bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom and a queen air mattress in the living room. In addition, everything you need is provided such as free high-speed wireless internet, beach toys and accessories, linens, towels, a full kitchen, in unit washer/dryer and much more

Enjoy all of the amenities (at no cost) the Chateau by the Sea building has to offer such as a heated oceanfront pool and private access to the beach. In addition there is a 360 degree roof deck which is perfect for viewing shuttle launches, sunsets or just sunbathing! This is the only complex in Cocoa Beach with a roof top deck that allows weekly rentals.

Beautiful condo on the fifth floor. Beautiful sunrises and right next to the Pier. Teenagers were able to have their independence and walked everywhere. We explored NASA Kennedy Space Center and Universal Parks.

Loved the condo. Clean and convenient. My kids loved having a tv in their room. Only complaint would be that the condo blocked the sun after 3pm at the pool. Loved the view of the beach.

Wonderful facility

Loved everything about Chateau by the Sea! Perfect location. Beautiful view. Close to good restaurants, grocery, shopping. Walk to Cocoa Beach Pier. The entire facility was clean and well kept. If you get tired of the beach (I can’t imagine), the pool was great! Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. We look forward to returning!

AWSOME view and located close to a number of activities, stores, restaurants.

We enjoyed setting on the balcony and rooftop deck and just listening to the waves. The pier is really close so we walked there on the beach numerous times. The only issues we had was what sounded like the rooftop furniture being moved around by other guest a few nights, and a couple nights where the guest in pool got really noisy, but once quiet time came around it got better.

Nice Condo with beautiful view

The condo was in a great location with a beautiful view of the ocean and pier. The roof top deck did not disappoint, especially when there is a launch at Cape Canaveral. The furniture was beautiful, but the couch had cushion covers that had stains on them. The table had older chairs that could have been recovered. There wasn't a lot of dishes, and we were continually washing the dishes so we could make meals each day. Be careful when walking on the tile in shoes with slick soles. My bf was putting on his shoes while on the tile floor and there was a bit of sand on the tile. He ended up breaking his leg day one, which put a huge damper on our stay. I had to constantly sweep the floor to ensure there wasn't sand on the floor as his crutches would slide. Overall, it was a nice place.

Love, love this place. from time of booking until leaving, Zareh, guest services manager, kept in contact with us, notifying us of procedures, things to do in the area, checking with us when we checked in, etc. we had a couple of concerns and he took care of them immediately. Location cannot be beat. Best ever for the area. We will be back next Oct for the 3rd time.

Excellent Condo and location!

The condo was just as described. Very clean with plenty of space for my family of 4. It came supplied with pretty much everything we needed for the week we were there. It was nice having the beach supplies (chairs, tent, etc). We definitely enjoyed watching the sunset on the rooftop. You could see both the ocean and the bay!!! I would definitely recommend this condo!!

Cocoa Beach Stunner!

This property was everything my husband and I had hoped for and more! Communication with the property manager, Stay In Cocoa Beach was simple and prompt. I really appreciated the Cocoa Beach area guide that was emailed to me before our trip, it contained so much helpful information about the area. The check in/check out process was as simple as it gets which is always a plus! Parking passes for the property are provided, also a huge plus. The condo was spotless and included all of the necessities that we needed for our stay. But the real stunner is the view that is property provides! The rooftop deck was our favorite part and we spent quality time up there each day. We were even lucky enough to stay during two launches and the view from the property was incredible! Our condo balcony was perfect for breakfast each morning and winding down after the day’s events. You also cannot beat the location of this property, we did a lot of walking and visited numerous businesses close by. We will absolutely be back to stay here again with Stay In Cocoa Beach!
