Great location, condo is in trouble
The area of Playa Del Coco is fantastic. Pacifico complex is beautiful and relaxing. We have stayed here twice before, and friends of ours have a house in Pacifico as well.
This condo is EXTREMELY dated. The dryer did not work, the cupboards are falling apart as well as all but one bifold door to the closets. The amount of glasses/mugs/cups was insufficient for 4 people and there were 6 of us. The walls were filthy and there were cobwebs in the corners that i cleaned on the first day. The coffee machine did not work, but i give the property manager full credit on getting us a new one day 2. The refrigerator made a lot of ice (have to take the small victories) but the light didn't work inside (very minor, but listing everything). There were no wash cloths or drying towels at all. The shower head in the small bathroom was 50% plugged (which i tried to clean but it was cement). We couldn't get hot water out of the small bathroom so everyone showered in the master bedroom shower. We also could not find a broom in the entire complex, so we borrowed one from a friend that was staying in another room. the blender didn't have a lid so we resorted to using a plate on top.
I will give the beds credit, they were extremely comfortable, pillows not so much, but that's our opinion on them. you may like them.
the unit did have internet and TV. the out side chairs and table were sufficient, but the lighting out there was little to none for night (it gets dark at 6pm).
The place is livable for the price, just thought that we would get a unit like the one's we have had in the past. We are going back in December through RCI as well as staying at our friends house in Pacifico. Stay here, just maybe pick a different unit.
